new beginner

Hi ladies,

My name is Naz! i AM 29 years old. I have 3 kids and work from home.

I have just started the lighter Life Lite diet today.

Any tips or info would be very appreciated.

I have had a Porridge so far for breakfast! Not hungry yet but will have a soup later for lunch.

For my meal I was thinking of having a prawn salad.

I hope I am doing this right.

Oh I will also have my bar with my milk allowance abit later.

Please let me know if I am doing this correctly.
