i have just started SW here in New York! We don't have any meetings here so am doing it online and with support from family in Ireland! Anyone else in the states who is more familiar with syns/free food here? Thanks!!!

If you look in the subforums there is one for slimming world overseas. I'm sure someone in there will be able to help good luck x

Good luck, I gained 12lbs on my hols to NYc last year, there is so much lovely food there. I did see lots of healthy options though and had it not been a holiday I could have found plenty of syn free stuff!
