So, here I am on day 5 of this journey. I have 5 stone to lose and then I want to build myself a health diet and lifestyle and stick with it. This is not the heaviest I've been and I've managed to keep most of the previous weight loss off, apart from a stone, which has mainly been because I'm lazy and can't get organised!

I'm enjoying this so far, except I miss eggs! How weird is that?!
 
Ok so here I am, lost 10lbs in my first week. Wasn't suffering too much, until today. Totm and I hadn't really considered how that would impact on the no food situation. Finding it very difficult, but can't really put my finger on what I want. However I am feeling quite ill which is nothing unusual when this rolls around. Hopefully it will settle down again tomorrow.

Had a potato today.. Pretty tame slip! But made me feel better.
