Hi Honeyoc - no, think that what I've said has been misunderstood.
I have seen diaries whereby people are eating stuff like mugshots as snacks, and not adding superfree, SW actively encourage on EE 1/3rd superfree and all snacks should be superfree not just free.
I also see people saying that when it was the red/green plans they got to target quicker
Personally I use all 3 plans, but I see many people struggling to include the right amount of superfree in their meals & snacks.
I was in no way saying that the plan doesn't work, no, not at all, I was merely mentioning that if someone takes 6 weeks longer to get to target it doesn't hurt SW
As I said, just my thoughts & observations, I wasn't referring to myself
