new diet partner required..

    Hey folks, Im looking for a diet partner online where we have a friday weigh in and swap meals info to keep interested. Not looking for someone to compete with just someone to share tips and compare. Im 31yrs Male plays sports but has been lazy recently. Give me a shout if your interested, if there is 2 or 3 people then could be a group venture. Robert

    Welcome to the forum. I am another newbie. I have lots to lose. I have been doing weight watchers old points plan and then 2 weeks of slimming world and lost exactly 2 stone. I went off the wagon a couple of months ago and have just weighed myself and have put back on nearly a stone of what i had lost, so on monday i am jumping back on the weight loss wagon. I plan to do weight watchers old points plan, lots of walking, wii fit and zumba. Good luck. xxx

    Rainbow mum, good luck plenty exercise is the key.

    Irene, doing the diet with one down day 500 calories and one up day 2000. Doing exercise on my high day.
