Just thought I'd say hello, am new to this forum although not new to Rosemary Conley. I thought it a shame that you couldn't do the classes and the online thing so its great to find this forum.

I joined my class last March so just coming up to my first year and have lost 3st 2lbs so far, and would like to lose the same again in an ideal world, but we'll see.
