Hello everyone! :wave_cry:

I followed slimming world last year for a short period of time and lost 7lb. Work and life got in the way but Im beginning again on sunday and determined to succeed. Due to work cottitments I am going it alone at home so will need lots of support along the way!

Does anyone else follow the plan solely from home? Any tips for a newbie like me?

there is a group of people on here that do the eating plan on their home with great success. hopefully they will read this post and will be able to point you in the correct direction.xxx

Thank you for the warm welcome and for the link as well!!

Im guessing nothing has changed since I went to class last year so Im presuming its still green, original and Extra Easy which suits me well.

Going shopping tomorrow to do a big stock up and I think Im going to buy some sort of notepad, folder to keep track of my food, weight and also my measurments which I have decided to take too.

Hi there! I've just started again this week and I'm doing it on my own as I can't really afford the class at the moment. If you're worried about staying motivated, how about doing a diary on here? Knowing I have to declare everything keeps me on the straight and narrow! I'm also focusing on my holiday in October, I will be as slim as I can be for it! Good luck with your journey! :)

Another restarter doing it at home here, my weigh day is Wednesday afternoons. So far I am highly motiviated but I am only 2 days in LOL
