**Newbie Alert**

I am here to gain a new healthy approach to life. As you can see from my statistics I would like to loose about 2 stone by the summer with at least one of these being by April 26th.

I am going to do this with a combination of healthy eating and exercise. I have a collection of fitness DVDs, including Hannah Waterman, Debbie Rush and Natalie Cassidy, and plan on doing one of these at least four times a week to begin with.

My problem at the moment is my eating habbits.... if I could control these and move more I think I will manage just fine!

Any support I can gather here while I am on my journey is much appreciated and welcomed.
