Hi Folks i'm Zak new to this forum and think it will come in handy when i start to hit the wall with my diet . I have started the slim and save diet and all is going well but i have had a couple of slip ups along the way but still managed to shed a few pounds . week1 - 9lbs week2- 5lbs week 3- 3lbs i guess if i never ate that pizza on week 2 and chinese on week 3 i would have lost more this week.
