    Hi all,

    Im Jay 34 from Northants.

    Starting Lipotrim this week so thought i'd say hello and introduce myself

    I've been looking around here for a week or so and am so inspired by the success stories!!!

    the before and after photos are amazing

    Been battling the weight for years and did pretty well on Weight Watchers last year (42lbs in 10 months)

    Currently 19st 9lbs been as high as 23st 10!!

    Had the 30 odd year old man MOT last week and all test results have come back OK!!! Cholesterol / Diabetes / Blood Pressure / Urine etc

    thought that now is the time to do something about it before it all goes down hill...

    hope to continue to be inspired and also to help inspire others

    well i've been and picked up my starter pack and now starting on the journey!!! i've taken my first day photos, front side & back!!!
    i'm planning on taking a picture every day and then turning them into a time lapse sequence
    i've seen a few on youtube and think that doing this gives me another thing to concentrate my efforts on
    also gives me another reason to not give up!!!!
    once i get to my target then i'll publish the images for all to see (OMG)
    just had my final supper so heres to (at least) three months of TFR!!!
