I am on day 3 of them and so far so good *touch wood*

How much weight do you want to lose? I need to lose 4-5 to get into the healthy range =/

Whereabouts are you from? I am from Surrey

Thanx for the support, i am just finishing day 1, so far its been salad all the way, so if there is any accidents then i am doing something totally wrong rofl, i am from Lancashire and have about 120lbs to lose b4 i am totally happy.

Welcome to the site. I'm on day 7 today so weigh in tomorrow for me. Feel free to holler if you need any advice etc and one of us lurking here should be able to help. I have 6 and a half stone to lose till I reach my ideal weight.
