Today is officially one week since I started the CWP and today definitely has been more mentally interesting than others, suddenly I started seeing visions of different foods....doesn't help though when in a space of 4 days I had to [STRIKE]run[/STRIKE] walk away from 4 different cakes
. Any advice or support from anyone would be so fab.
I don't know what my present measurements are at the moment because I see my consultant twice a month, and I'm not sure I trust my scale, its showing me figures I can't believe [good figures though], I think its conspiring with my tape measurements. Maybe I will get on the Wii Fit and see for real.
Anyways this is my journey to a healthier me, I need to do this because my BMI is far too scary.:sigh:
I'm gonna try and do a progress report every two weeks when I get weighed
What lessons have I learnt this week?
-The Mind is very important in this journey, you think it you do it
- If I don't stop, something will make me stop....usually it will be unpleasant
-I can actually say no....if I need to enforce my no, I can literally run away from the temptation, no points for being cute about it
