Hi everyone.

Ive been trying to get my head into a diet for a few months but really havnt been focused! Ive spent the last fortnight slowly getting back on the horse and im firmly in the saddle!

I have always battled with my weight and I am a typical yo-yo dieter. This time last year I was 11st 10lbs and starting slimming world....final year of university, late nights and lack of time/money to buy new clothes and realise how big I had got, resulted in me now tipping the scales at 13st 4lbs!

Around two weeks ago I was at 13st 7lbs and I finally broke down and cried. Im living in leggings and long tops as non of my gorgous jeans/pants fit me anymore, and if I wear a larger size with a top my hips hang over the top and my belly spills over the front - AWFUL. After a heavy night out last Saturday for a friends birthday, the photos were published on facebook and I cried again. I look huge.

So...enough moaning..TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!

I really want to kick start as its my graduation on July 14th and want to feel good. Although the scales arnt my friend, eating healthily the last few weeks has made a substantial difference - im nbot bloated so my stomach is much flatter (YEY:D).

Im doing slimming world and tend to stick to green days due to my love of potatoes and pasta, however I am getting a little board so think ill mix it up a little with some EE and red days.
