New Nyssa - last 2 stone to go!

Hi All Im Nyssa,

I lost 35lbs on slim and save starting in Feb and after almost 12 weeks i felt like i needed a break as could feel a binge coming on and wanted food real bad so i decided to take a small break.

i didnt think i put on any weight on the break but have gained 3lbs, think this is due to the fact that yesterday i knew i would be back on s&s so i had kfc when i was out and just ate what i wanted yesterday and didnt drink much water, damage is done now so im back on it 100% as before.

i have about 2 stone left to loese until im at a healthy and happy weight.

ive had 1 shake so far today and had almost 2.5litres of water already so so far so good, getting into ketosis was no problem for me last time so hopefully it will be as easy this time.

As you have been so successful on this before your break im sure you will succeed in reaching your goal. As for the KFC I reckon if I were in your position I would have had something naughty the day before as well lol made me hungry now! :p

lol i didnt even enjoy the kfc so wasnt worth it!

day 1 went really well drank almost 4litres of water plus 2litres of coke zero (need to cut down on that) i had 4 packs plus 200g of cauliflower and brocolli.

i havnt been hungry atall, not even wanted food which i find strange for day 1but it makes things easier for me!

im at home all day today with my baby and waiting for a delivery from s&s, i just went on the tracking information and can see they tried to deliver on saturday when i didnt even pay for saturday delivery, would of been nice if i was home so hopefully it will come today.

the only down side i had from day 1 yesterday was by 4pm i was sooo tired, i was ready for bed and had to lay down and i never get that tired.

Hopefully today goes aswell as yesterday did :)
 
We all need a break and after 3 months I think you need to have a week off anyway. But don't think KFC is part of the menu for that week! Lol. You've done really well and to lose 35,bs is excellent! I lost 28lbs and regained a few back when I took a break. I went on an almighty binge which left me feeling sick of food yet I kept eating. Today is day 1 for me again and so far I've been good. You can get through a lot of water. I do manage it but I find it such a chore!
