hi all lost another 2lb this week i made chicken and sausage gumba for tea on wed and must say it was lush lol , i make alot of the 0 point soups too and have has a starter then main of steak and salad or gammon and baked vegetables i allow myself a scoop of ice-cream with mixed fruit for my desert every night . i have porridge every morning and a banana toastie with ww bread for 2 points i also have plenty of baby tom or grapes to snack on good luck everyone with weigh in this week love me x
