New person cambridge diet

    Hi all you cd's, I have tried to post twice and I think I've been posting in wrong place.

    Im on day 2 of CD, finding it a bit tough but no headaches just bit of hunger pang in stomach at moment.

    I did Lighterlife lost 3 stone last year, but its all gone back on. I cant believe it.

    Anyway, any tips greatly appreciated.

    welcome to CD.
    I'm not expert, having only been on the diet for 12 days, but there are lots of them here and they are all amazingly helpful and supportive.
    Keep drinking the water (as you know from LL) and very good luck.

    Hi and welcome just keep drinking the water that will help with the hunger, after a few days you'll be in ketosis so shouldn't feel hungry. Good Luck and let us know how you're getting on.

    hiya welcome to mini's.Just try and keep busy busy and drink lots of water its def the key to not feeling hungry.

    Hiya carolyne , im on day 2 of CD as well!!!Was on it before and managed to put it all back on again too :((Good luck with the new start!!!:)
