I have a load of new potatoes I don't know what to do with.
Any ideas? I'm open to any suggestions!

Last night we made Bombay potatoes from Jamie Oliver's book, used olive oil so would have to syn or count as HEB but they were lovely.

Have also made crushed new potatoes with watercress before but that was ages ago so you'll have to google that one x

How about a warm potato salad?

how about boiling them up and freezing them

You could cut them into slices and fry them in fry light . I used to do this pre-slimming world but used butter instead of frylight

i par boil them, sprinkle with lots of chopped garlic, sea salt and spray with frylight, then bung in oven... very yummy

Mm not keen on mayo/salad cream type things
Deffo liking the idea of frying them up could roast them too I guess!
