Feb week 1 = 5 lb off for me please. Delighted with that as that's the 5 lb I gained the week before gone!

Feb week 2 - 0.5lbs gain. Not been on plan recently so I'm glad it wasn't more...
 
I've haven't been around for a couple of weeks so my update is:
Feb Wk 1 - STS
Feb Wk 2 is -1lb

Thanks very much to BlueCow for keeping us up to date while doing your dissertation too - well done! :)

Some more great losses in this thread, putting me to shame. I haven't been able to focus properly since Christmas and I think it's mainly due to not keeping a food diary since then, so I'm starting that again this week. Hopefully I'll see some better progress next week, although after yesterday's WI and a small loss I was out for a meal and while I chose well for my main course, the banoffee pie was irresistible so I already have some ground to make up before next week's WI!

Good luck to everyone, and I hope I can report a bigger loss next week.
