Hello my name is Tori I am 29 years old and 30 will be approaching me sooner than I would like! I have been a nurse for the past 10 years but for the past 3 years I have basically been a stay at home mom and the pounds have packed on. I'm a horrible eater I find that i go most the day with out eating then load up as the evening and night approaches. I have been on the Slim fast plan the past 3 days and it hasn't been super hard but its not easier either . When I feel like I need to munch on something I go spend 5-10 minutes on my elliptical machine. my legs were so sore when I woke up this morning I decided id walk a mile outside b4 the heat came on. I'm hoping to find some support that I dont get in my home. to help keep me motivated and going until I reach my goal. I am currently 275 pounds I'm 5'2 yeah I know I am super obese :0( I have decided to do mini goals to help me from getting discouraged. mini goals of 5 pounds My goal for the moment is to be 155 WHEN i reach this weight I will determine to stay or keep going. I know the road will be long I will have my ups and downs and I think I am prepared for this but I know I will need help. I am a kind person who is unjudgemental of others.
