Please do not post threads giving details of the new Slimming World Programme before it is officially released in January.
Slimming World monitor this forum very closely, and have complained in the past about copyright and details of their plans being posted on the open forum, including the password to the website, and other details.
Please don't give them reason to complain. Even giving "hints and tips" about the new programme can cause problems - very simply, until you get all the details from your Club Leader you won't know the correct way to follow the programme and could inadvertently go wrong.
