new start, new future, new me!!!!! hopefully

hi all well joined slimming world on thursday evening.....so day one over and done with but i cant help but feel that i have eaten too much, any advice or word of encouragement would be soo gr8.....feeling a little low and concerned about it all....please help.

scrambled egg n strawberries for breakfast
banana, 3 slices bm chicken breast slices...snack
salad with 2 fish fingers n new spuds for lunch
banana, 2 plums, 1/8th carrot cake [9]....snack
salad, homemade fried rice with carrots, celery, onion, garlic, peas, ham, bean sprouts.
