Have joined ww for the umpteenth time. Really need to do this as have diabetes type 2. Lost some weight since I was diagnosed but have put some back on. All my own fault. Tried SW but just couldnt get on with it, too restrictive on what you can eat. Some night I come home from work and just want to chuck a ready meal in the oven but you cant really do this with SW. Got to gold years ago (1989 to be precise) with WW so decided to go this route again.
I am going to buy a pedometer this week (was too skint last week, lol). Trying not to keep any naughties in the house cos once I eat one I want another so if theres none there to start with its gonna be easier.
Dont know what I am having to dinner tonight, will decide when I get home. The mean are having burgers on buns with cheese and chips so think I will probably do something else instead for myself.
Todays diary so far though:
Breakfast
2 small warburton wholemeal - 3
1 dry fried egg - 2
1 tbsp brown sauce - 0
Snack - pineapple
Lunch - Morrisons NuMe Crustless quiche lorraine - 7
Banana
WW Greek style yogurt orange & nectarine - 1
Snack - strawberries
Dinner - will update later
semi skimmed milk for tea - 2
