New start

Started my weight loss journey today. Have battled with my weight since having my 1st child. Its held me back, and stops me having a life. Today all this needs to stop. Not following any diet as yet. Just going to stick to 3 meals a day, see how i get on from there.

Breakfast - special k and ss milk 250cals

Lunch - parsnip soup 216 cals

Dinner - Sainsburys green thai curry meal 354 cals

Total cals today - 820cals

Well 1st day is almost over. And its not been as hard as i thought. Easy because theres no crisps/sweets in the house to tempt me. Heres hoping everyday is as easy as the 1st

Hi MrsDanny! Congratulations on getting started, getting through the first day is the hardest thing so well done on that. You will soon start to feel so good about yourself, and come christmas you will be a new person!

Good luck and keep up with the diary, it will be a godsend to you, I promise!

Ria had a look at ur diary earlier. Ur such an inspiration esp cause were close in start weights. Hope i can do half as well as u have done :)

Day 2

Breakfast - special k and ss milk

Lunch - chicken baguette and piece of krispie cake

Dinner -

Walked 1 hour this morning.
