New start

Hi everyone, hope you're all well and that your new year has started off well.

I've decided enough is enough and I refuse to put on any more weight. I m currently a size 14 and refuse to go any higher! :cry: Hence the reason why i've finally joined!

I need to lose at least 42lbs on the slimming world programme. I joined them last year but I had six family weddings in the space of four months...impossible!

Hoping to find some moral support, vent my frustrations and hopefully find an exercising buddy in the same area!

Anyway, heres hoping 2011 will be the year!

Height issue!

Can anyone tell me how do i change my height? I'm 5'5" not 4'7"!!!

I'm new too. I'd love to be a size 14 (!) but then it is all relative isn't it? Good luck in your weight loss and I hope you reach your goal. I'm doing Slimming World too.
