Drink lots of water and keep yourself busy for the next few days until your body goes into ketosis. At that point it gets much easier. Your first weeks loss is usually spectacular to well worth getting through the next few days. Sometimes it's painful, but write down all the reasons why you want to lose weight. Keep this to hand and add to it if you think of anymore - use this later and read it again if you're having a tough moment or day. Take one day at a time, it all adds up.
