I have not eaten right at all today as time got away from me.
I have come over to WW from SW. The main reason being I exercise ALOT and dont get anything in return for it with SW where as with WW you get credited for it. I think WW will also be easier to follow as WW actually do foods, eg yogurts, cakes, biscuits etc
So today (practice day...lol) I have had

Oat so simple 3pts

Beef and tomato pot noodle 10pts

Hi and welcome i also came from sw. takes a while getting into it but i love it now, I noticed though your lunch is quite small shouldn't you be having more with all the exercise? or maybe it should be me with the less lunch and more exercise lol xxx

hi there welcome to weight watchers and the forum :D i love the new propoints as you can eat the fruit and being free i dont tend to snack on biscuits ;) I would recommend a bit more for your lunch, my leader suggested 4pp for breakfast, 10pp for lunch and 15 for dinner :D so happy eating

Def agree that lunch should be far more substantial, have a look at other menus to get some ideas of how others use their points :)
I too have switched from SW and loving the plan and truly don't feel like I'm on a diet it's just healthy eating
