Hi all,

After I return from holiday I'm thinking about joining CD. I've got about 5 stone to lose. I lost a chunk before doing W8, so have managed on just shakes before and know what to expect, but I just introduced food all at once after catching a bug and never got back on track and therefore put all the weight and little bit more back on. I've been slogging away religiously with WW Pro Points for the last 6 weeks and have lost the grand total of 2lbs :sigh: I kid you not! So drastic action required. Just one question for all those currently on the plan, do you exercise? I currently do 3-4 military fitness classes a week and run a couple of 5k's and don't really want to give that up, but don't know if I'll have the energy (when I did W8 before I did no exercise so have nothing to comapare in that respect!). But don't think I can have the shakes and food as I'll just fall off the waggon too quickly.
Any advice/help gratefully received

I think on CD your not reccommended to do any extreme exercise for the first few weeks while your body gets use to being on a VLCD. Im sure there are people who do still do it though so would be a choice you would have to make for yourself hun :)

Hi Shiny, I agree with Raven, best not to do much more than powerwalking in the first week or two, just untill everything kicks in and you find your feet (so to speak!)
After that you can do what you feel up to, personally I know exercise in general lifts my mood and keeps me more positive, you might just find you have to moderate it a little when Sole sourcing x
