My All New Food Diary for a New Start!

Weighed in tonight and lost another 2.5lb so thats 12lb in 4 weeks so very happy with that as i wanted to lose a stone before our anniversary which is on 26th july so 2 weeks on monday and im on track for that!

Got up late today so no breakfast but had lunch at 11 instead.

Lunch - Light choices salmon and cucumber sandwich - 4pts
WW Barbecue crisps - 1pt
2x Meringue nests and strawberries - 2.5pts

Tea - Thick fish cake - 4.5pts
Smiley faces - 3pts
Green beans - 0pts
Tomato sauce - 0.5pts

Snacks - 3xmeringue nests and strawbs - 3pts
WW Cookie bar x2 - 3pts
Hartleys jelly - 0pts

Havent really been doing the plan over the last few days as ive felt really ill. Dont think ive gone off track though as ive havent eaten much at all.
Feeling a bit better today so going to try stick to my points as dont want what little i have left of my metabolism to die on me!! :D :D

Weigh in tonight! Not looking forward to it as been ill over weekend and didnt stick to plan! But if i dont go to weigh in then it could spirla and i may fall off wagon! So gonna be brave and just go!
