New starter!

Good luck Comet! It's day 3 for me, I've woken up feeling really positive and determined to have another good day.....spent most of yesterday on here, reading other people's posts and inspirational weight-loss stories. It really helps to know that you're not alone in this!

Already feel thinner as the bloating had gone and my stomach looks flatter, well not flat exactly, that would be impossible under 3 stone of blubber!

Here's to another day fellow Lipo-lovers, let it be a good one, thanks for being there!

Good luck comet, ive been on it for about 13 weeks now and ive lost 4 stone 4 pounds, so it does work you just gotta get throo them bad days. I found it easier to take it a day at a time. Dont look too far into the future, it'll drive you mad lol
Keep the water intake up, it makes a hell of a difference ;)

Welcome Comet! I echo what everyone else says (it'll become your mantra anyway) - loads of water, and do what Sandra did and spend all your spare time on Minimins - beats those cravings like nothing else!
