Hi everyone! :)

I've decided to take the plunge and start the Lipotrim TFR diet. I went and got my first batch in the pouring rain (now thats dedication!) and I just had my first drink.

I don't think I'm that impressed with the Strawberry flavour, lol
!
I got a few of everything today, just to see what I like and what I don't, so here goes!

I don't think the water intake thig will be a problem, since I only really drink water anyway - I'll miss that first milky cuppa though!

Hi Aymee, welcome and good luck!

As to the milky coffee, try making your first shake of the day with the vanilla shake made with a teaspoon of coffee granules and a couple of sweetners. I dissolve the coffee first in boiling water and then add cold water and ice cubes. I guess that you could make it with all hot water.....anyway it tastes lovely and much better than just plain vanilla. I can't stand strawberry as it's too insipid, choc is ok and even better made with cold peppermint tea. You'll soon establish what works for you!

i started yesterday and quite agree about the strawberry
the only thing i miss at moment is cuppa tea but i have a peppermint tea in morning

The first day is always the hardest like everything else but well done for starting.Baby steps in the right direction. ;)
I agree that the vanilla is not that great on it's own but a palatable substitute is mixing vanilla and coffee (decaf) in the morning for that creamy milky cuppachino.

Hi Aymee and welcome to the forum.. Good luck with your journey on LT..

It is hard in the beginning but it does get easier.... I was a tiny bit heavier than you when i first started, and i had the same opinions about the shakes!! lol
Now, 7 weeks on, i actually like the strawberry and chocolate, and (I never thought i would say this) i actually enjoy them!! lol
I must confess though, i am not ready to try the vanilla again (yuk) or the soup or crapjacks!! lol

Keep logging on here hun.. It really does help x x
