Hi I started on cd the 30th December first week lost 13lbs I am now on my second week and changed to slim And save last Saturday :) first weigh in on s&s this Friday. X

Loss like last week but anything
3lb plus would be nice xxx

Yeah week 1 is always fab but weeks 1 and 2 combined often take people over the stone mark which is also fab. Fingers crossed you get at least 3lbs off, if not more.

I was thinking about 3-4lb going forward. Being sensible. If I keep losing big numbers I start putting unnecessary pressure on myself and I am 100% I track for 2 weeks now so can't do much more than that. X
