Hi Everyone,

Just thought I would post as I have just started.

Weighed in two weeks ago at 15 4 1/2 Stone. Think I want to get to 11 1/2 Stone.

First week lost 1.5 which I was disappointed with.

Tonight went thinking I would lose nothing as had a poor weekend with family meals etc but lost 3.5lb so made up. I was concerned as without being too graphic I have been 'bunged up'..... has anyone else had this issue when they have first started. Been having fibre in my weetabix so no clue why .

Just wanted to post as I was really disheartened after the first weigh in but now I'm even more determined.

Keep going guys!!
