new target


MUST get a grip
i am thinking about setting a new target being that i have just 7lbs to go. i am 10 stone 7lbs and i am 5 foot 2 inches what are the guide lines for a healthy bmi?
At a glance - I'm not an expert but got me yellow CD book here it looks like anywhere between 7st and 9st 10lbs :rolleyes:
