New To All This and a Question

I have just defected over to SW again after having unsuccessfully tried WW for the last 3 months - I hate weighing things and found the Points System didn't work for me. I did Slimming World 20 years ago and it really worked and the weight stayed off for many years until I got married and got pregnant.

I lost 2 stone (post baby weight) last summer on The South Beach Diet, and put on half a stone over the last year. But found the diet too restrictive and want the freedom to each more freely. Ideally I would like to loose 2 stone to get to my goal weight. I am not going to meetings at the moment as they don't fit in with my work/home schedule but have all the recent SW stuff from a friend.


A quick question for those much more experienced - are home made crisps (using fry light) free on an EE day?

Its al long standing debate on here :). I reckon if you are just starting out on SW your best off not tweaking the plan. Guaranteed if you don't loose in the first few weeks then those pesky crisps will be the ones that take the blame :)

I just remember having them years ago on green days....
The plan looks so much better now - I really like the idea of the EE days as its a good way to re-introduce potato's and pasta back into my diet as I haven't eaten them for a very very long time.
