New to all this.

Hi,I don't know if I'm doing this right, I've never been on a forum before so I hope I am in the right place. I'm so new to all this, so forgive me if I mess up.

I was given Xenical today by my GP as you can see I am so very very over weight. I would be grateful for any advice on the food I should eat now.
