new to dieting

hi everyone, im pretty new on the dieting scene being only 22. i weigh on average around 12-13 stone and am 5'8. id like to get down to a healthier 10 stone weight and wondered if anyone shared the same goals of a 2 stone weight loss as i need a buddy so that i dont lack willpower.
im thinking of kick starting my diet in the next couple of days and look forward to hopefully seeing some replies.
 
im not really following any plan at the minute im just gonna cut out the treats and go to the gym which ive been paying for for a year and ive not been in well over 8 months so gonna finally admit that just being a member doesnt infact make me thin.haha.
id be welcome to try any tried and tested means as i want a fast loss in the first week to keep motivation up.
 
Try using my fitness pal to monitor your calories along with the gym. You really will start to see the benefits if you keep it up.
