Hi Guys,

I am a Red/Green lady normally but have been struggling with me losses (all self inflicted!) so I thought I would bite the bullet and try EE for the first time. I was wondering if you could clear something up for me, I understand the plan, I'm just not so sure about the snacking between meals bit. Do I "have" to choose superfree all the time of could I snack on say a few crab sticks? I will make sure superfree is my first option but would like this option in between meals sometimes. I'm sure the food diary just gives you a space to write your HEXA & HEXB, superfree and syns - just want to make sure I am doing this right.
 
You dont HAVE to, its just recommended. I dont, I find it hard to snack of fruit. I snack on lean ham, crab sticks, boiled eggs etc and still have good losses.
 
Thanks! Do you just write this in the superfree section of your food doary then, even though it's not technically super free??
