i'm new to the forum and to exante. My husband and i have been on exante a week now, i have lost 8lb and my dear hubby lost 17 1/2 lb yes thats right i said 17 1/2 . :jelous:
I must admit its not been easy for me. The first day i didnt know if i could stomach all the drinking especially the water. I have been drinking the flavoured water like many of you out their i cant stomach tap water, so the flavoured water as helped a great deal.
Hubby got really depressed after three /four days so started to give him a high protein dinner in evening no carbs. Hes much better now.
Hopefully he can keep going.
