New to forum, week 12 of Cambridge

I, my name is Nicole and I am one of those Newbees! Have just joined the forum after watching for a few weeks and taking notes from some of the posts. Started the CD 12 weeks ago and have lost over 2.5 stone. Long way yet to go as need to loose up to 7.5 stone but determined. Nice to meet everyone, good luck with your journey
