Extra ProPoints New to Propoints

Hi everyone I am new to Weight Watchers and only joined online last night as no classes in my area are very convenient for me but I'm a bit confused.
It says my points for day are 30 but I can decide if I want to alter it?!? Surely that can't be right?
Also I am new to it after losing 4.5 stone on Cambridge but want sensible eating to get me through my final 2 stone so my cals daily were 810 for last 6 months so do I need to alter points Accordingly? So confused I hope someone can help xx
 
Hi Hun! If you've put your height age and weight in then they are the points that your allowed! Then u grt 49 weekly points you can use to ither divide them up and have them on top of your dailies or have a few treats here and there
