New to simply filling- any help appreciated

It's milk made from the coconut rather than the fatty tinned coconut milk you would use in cooking if that makes sense?

Most big supermarkets do it beside the soya milk x

I buy the one from the fridge section and it's coconut milk, less fat and calories than skimmed milk! It's in a carton! :) so sounds like the same thing as kara milk :)

Also had some more dinner as totm makes me so damn hungry!

Exercise- none! Eek lazy day reading a new book, must get back into exercise 2moro!

Been really hungry today but trying not to use many points and have none left for during the week so had lots of tinned fruit and also had another bowl of dinner when got hungry rather than having junk! X

Yeh that's what I would normally grab but no bread or crumpets in until I go to the shops tomorrow :-( feeling rather smug as to avoid the munchies I went and did the 30ds! :-D was going to put it off until tomorrow but thought no more excuses get it done! X

Mmm loved my galaxy ripple! 4 pack for £1 in Asda this may be dangerous :-/ really hungry all the time today damn totm! Still hours til bedtime :-(
 
I'm with you on the feeling really hungry today!! Your day looks good though. For me I think its partly being a bit worn out and partly as its a monday, I'm off to have a cuppa tea, take my mind off food :)

I have drank so much tea and squash today in an attempt to be less hungry lol not working! Dreaming about the rest of the packet of ripples! Instead there's more soup I can have, no more chocolate for me at least not today ;-) x
 
Wow your brave with the multipacks! Ripples are a great choc treat for 5pp, I like to make them last longer by eating them in layers. It can be very messy! X

And you did right thing with foot. Trust your instincts as you don't wanna make it worse!

Trying my first pp day as I want to eat junk today and that gives me more points to do so ;-) couldn't do it every day do unhealthy as junk is less points than real food!

1 slice quorn ham

D- warburtons wrap 4pp made into pizza

Exercise- 40mins walk still resting ankle
