New to Slimming World - Missing my wine...

Hello! I thought I would introduce myself as I have just joined Minimins and am hoping to make the most of the additional support and advice on the site.

I have been doing Slimming World since October 5 and I am aiming to lose 1.5 stones. So far I have managed to lost 2.5 lbs but I have to admit that I am struggling with my evening wine habit. It is starting to feel like I need to give it up entirely if I am going to be successful...

I always vowed I would not give up my Friday wine and I haven't. Admittedly I don't drink as much as I used to, which isn't a bad thing tbh. I started SW this week and worked out I wanted 48 syns for wine and the rest for treats. So I have 8 syns a day for living and the rest I save for the good stuff :). I have stuck to my syns so it should work. WI tomorrow so ill let you know if I lost.

Personally I don't think we should be giving up anything that we don't plan to be eating after Target. The key to healthy living is finding the balance that works for you
