New to slimming world !!

    Hey !! I'm new to sw and have lost 10lbs to date not really happy seem to be holding lot of fluid any help ???

    Sounds odd but drink more water,nas squashes etc that might help!

    Hi Superset!! Welcome to SW!! Just out of interest, you say that you're new, when did you join? 10lb sounds like a great weight loss to me for someone who is new!! I agree with CBSTBP that drinking lots and lots of water should help with fluid retention! X

    Hi superset, congratulations on your weight loss so far! I have the same problem as you, I find it difficult to drink lots of water during the day, I always set out with good intentions and then forget! So as of yesterday I set up reminders on my phone every few hours telling me to drink water .... will see how that goes :)

    10lb in 3 weeks is a great weight loss! and sustainable too.

    try magic soup - green beans, cabbage and celery with anything esle you like added in, helps my star week bloating x
