Lucy - Slim and Save is a 4 pack a day VLCD and is only guaranteed to have the right nutrients if you have all 4 packs. However, you can do a version where you have 3 packs, a multivitamin and 100g of chicken or white fish. With both plans there is the option of up to 200g of specific vegetables - but you don't have to have that if you don't want to.
