New to Sole Source

Have been on the Sole Source for 2 x weeks now and have lost exactly 1 Stone. (would have like to have been more but musnt grumble).

Disappointed with the second weeks loss - seemed all to go in the first week but I'm sticking with it.

Thanks - thats made me feel better - have so much to lose just want to wake up and find its all gone.

I'm so determined tho - and I've got to do it this time.
