I didn't know where else to post, I'd like some info about slimming world before I start if anyone is willing to share?
I did slimming world when it was green and red, but now I've heard it's all about extra easy, which I don't understand. I can't get to group until Friday but have to do food shop tomorrow, so can anyone sum it up simply for me?
