New to the forum.. Looking for help

Hi, i am a new member on here but have been doing slimming world diet for 6 months, it was going really well and in total I have lost 3 stone since I started dieting (18 months ago) but now I have hit the dreaded plateau (again) has anyone got any tips for me as I am struggling to stay motivated. I will be grateful for any help I can get PLEASE!!!! Thank you x

Hi There.
I find that writing a weekly menu and only buying the food needed makes sure that I don't buy "rubbish foods" that way you can make sure each meal will be healthy and you don't get tempted!
As the colder weather approaches I make more soups, this helps me to loose, some members change from Ee to Original or Green to kickstart again.
