New to the rc diet, started today :)

Hiya folkes, this morning ive managed to make the 1st step and joined my local rosmary conley club with aerobic workout.

The workout werent as bad as i thort and really enjoyed it (after the initial nerves went lol)

But now im really struggling to get my head around the dont go over the 5% rule and calories. :confused:

Im alright bout it so so but say for instance if i buy a pre pack of sarnies for a quick dinner (with a loose red n green apple) if im out anywhere, do i go by per 100g or per pack of the % of fat and callories.

Sorry to appear a bit dim, i aint done this type of counting on a diet before :O)
 
Hiya for the fat you go by per 100g and for the calories you go by per pack or per serving (depending on what you are buying). It does get easier! I remember my first shop took 5x longer than normal because I had to read everything I bought!

I love the exercise, once I got used to it!
