New to the site

Hi there, I am new here and started my diet last week. I think I have lost 5lbs this week, but I've fallen out with my scales as I am so fed up now of seeing the same number every time I get on them!

I think I am doing well, just impatient I guess. And I'm also paranoid that I'm going to be fat forever no matter what diet I do! LOL
 
Welcome, I know how you feel about the scales only too well, maybe weigh yourself every two weeks, well done on the weight loss so far and good luck.
