new to this and need help

hi. In new to this site but had a look round and seems that this is the place to get it... There seems to be sooo much choice and im kinda if lost dont even know yet which plan im going to try follow.. Im 27 and want to loose 2 stone.. Im currently 11.9 but im only 5'2 thats why i need to shift it..if anyone could give me a help to get going that would be brill
 
Hello! I am Bethany. I follow the Slimming World plan - it's easy to follow and great if you lead a busy life. You can have so much unlimited food: only things that are limited are bread/ crackers and cheese/ milk and obviously chocolates etc. BUT chocolates, biscuits etc fall under 'SYNS' you have between 5 and 15 syns a day. The full 15 syns equates to roughly 300 calories of 'naughtiness'!! Dried pasta, potatoes, rice, meat, fruit, veg (and more importantly, MULLERLIGHTS!) are free. Some Pasta 'n' Sauces are free (this means unlimited on SW) as are some Supernoodles so it really does allow you to be flexible at times!
